Got the Ab Lounge Ultra last week and it really works. i always had problems with my neck/shoulders doing my crunches etc and so it didn't make fun. But now, i love doing some exercises!!!

ive been useing it for a while now and i dont see anything im still gonna keep trying!
and im on a diet and do cardio 7 days a week everyday!

I struggled as well with my weight. I found great results with the pilates big ball. I used the Denise Austin video on pilates and Yoga and did well. You will get the same effect at 1/4 of the cost.
i got my ab lounge ultra a couple days ago and i dont feel lyk im doing it ryt,nd it didnt come with a video or anything,does anybody know where i could buy one???

omg what a stretch out. I feel great. alittle cardio then 20mins of ab workout! wow I'm only 110lbs and 5'3 but I wanted to maintain my body and tighten my tummy from having a baby. I can see upper abs after 2 weeks and less pooch...lol. great on my back. I like to just strech out sometimes and watch tv. fun and comphy chair...now to get my hubby to try it!

I JUST GOT TO TRY OUT THE AB LOUNGER TODAY FOR THE FIRST TIME I JUST BOUGHT IT AT GOT ON IT RIGHT AWAY I HAVE BACK PROBLEMS AND I AM A VERY BIG GIRL SO I NEED SOME TYPE OF WORK OUT THAT I CAN SHED OFF THIS POUNDS I PROMISE YOU THAT I DID NOT FEEL ANY BAD PAINS IN MY LOWER BACK AND AND I FEEL GOOD.

umm I've been wanting so long to get flat and sexy abs and nothing works.. Then I saw the Ab Lounge commercial on TV and I really want it for Christmas this year. I am sick of being chubby. It grosses me out.. But I'm 16 turning 17 in February and I really can't afford the Ab Lounge... :[ Any way I can get it at a cheaper price or something?? Email me.
